Her journey into real estate began after the events of September 11, 2001. Previously successful in the garment industry, Esther's life changed forever when she spent five hours walking out of lower Manhattan while pregnant with her first child to escape the devastation. That life-altering experience inspired her to reevaluate her purpose and ultimately dedicate her career to helping others succeed through real estate.

Throughout her career, Esther has established herself as one of the industry's most influential leaders. She has opened four successful real estate offices across the New York metropolitan area, founded the first Keller Williams office in the NY Metro region, and was recognized as one of the company's top CEOs. Under her leadership, two additional Keller Williams market centers were launched, and she played a key role in recruiting and developing more than 1,000 real estate agents. During her tenure, Keller Williams grew into the world's largest real estate company by agent count, sales volume, and units sold.

Today, Esther is the Broker/Owner of Integrity Core Realty, where her passion lies in empowering agents through education, coaching, and mentorship. She believes that success in real estate is built on more than market knowledge—it begins with mindset, discipline, and consistent action. Her coaching philosophy equips agents with the confidence, strategies, and accountability they need to grow sustainable, profitable businesses while serving clients with integrity and excellence.
